Presenter Instructions
We are pleased to welcome all presenters to IEEE CCGrid 2026. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful presentation.
General Guidelines
- Please arrive at your session room at least 10-15 minutes early and introduce yourself to the session chair.
- All presentations must be delivered in person.
- Bring your presentation on a USB drive and upload it to the session laptop before the session starts. You can also use your own laptop for the presentation.
Presentation Timing
- Full Papers: 25-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
- Short Papers: 12-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A
- Doctoral Symposium: 25-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
- SCALE Challenge: 15-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A
- Poster Papers: 10-minute presentation + 2-minute Q&A
- Workshop Papers: Follow instructions from workshop organisers.
Poster Presentations
- Poster boards will be provided on-site.
- Recommended poster size: A0 portrait (841 x 1189 mm) or A1 portrait (594 x 841 mm).
- Please set up your poster on the first day and remove it on the last day.
- Authors are expected to be present during the assigned poster session for discussion.
- Doctoral Symposium participants are also expected to present their work as a poster during the conference.
Online Presentations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent some participants from attending the conference in person.
If you are unable to attend, please contact the organising committee at your earliest convenience and provide supporting
documentation explaining your situation. Upon review, we will do our best to arrange an online presentation option for your allocated session.
