Call for Submission
The CCGrid2026 Doctoral Symposium and Early Career Track provides the researchers with opportunities
for enhanced visibility, constructive feedback, mentorship, and professional networking with experts
attending the conference.
Participants are supposed to present their research both orally during the symposium track and as a
poster in the conference poster session. Outstanding research, evaluated based on the extended abstract,
presentation, and poster, will receive CCGrid2026 awards.
Submissions are welcome in all scopes aligned with the CCGrid2026 technical topics, as detailed in the
Call for Conference Research Papers. Contributions may include preliminary approaches and results,
novel work in progress, or a review of recent state-of-the-art.

proceedings.
-
Author and reviewer anonymity: All submissions need to be single-blind. Manuscripts
should include sufficient detail to facilitate thorough review and serve as a reference for future
research.
-
Track selection: Authors should select the “CCGrid2026 Doctoral Symposium and Early
Career Track” to ensure a correct assignment, as multiple technical tracks are open concurrently.
-
Review criteria: All manuscripts will be reviewed and will be judged on novelty,
technical strength, correctness, quality of presentation, and relevance to the conference attendees.
-
Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE
Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
Presentation
-
Authors of accepted papers will be allocated short speaking slots to present their work as part of a
session at the main conference.

At least one student/early career author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at
the author registration rate and must present their work. Any no-shows will cause the accepted
contribution to be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.
